Aurum Book

This notice explains what user-related information Aurum Book sends to third-party large language model (LLM) providers when you use Aurum AI and related AI features, and how speech recognition works. Speech-to-text prefers on-device recognition; when needed, cloud speech recognition may be used via our backend (without attaching account IDs, email, passwords, or device identifiers).
It supplements Sections 7 and 8 of our Privacy Policy with technical detail so you can make informed choices.

All outbound LLM / cloud-speech requests use HTTPS. The current LLM inference node is in Singapore. The App backend and database are typically hosted in the UAE (Dubai). The backend does not attach account UUID, email, phone number, device ID, login token, or password to LLM or cloud-speech requests. This notice does not name specific vendor brands.

Your profile nickname is not included in LLM system prompts by default. Only your AI assistant nickname and personality style are used for tone.

Sensitive content: Amounts, merchant names, notes, and casual chat you type may appear in LLM context.
Not sent: Full transaction database export unless mentioned in chat.
Voice entry prefers on-device speech recognition. When on-device recognition is unavailable or cloud recognition is required for reliability, audio or transcript segments may be forwarded via our backend to cloud speech recognition on a minimum-necessary basis, without attaching account IDs, email, passwords, or device identifiers.
If you send the transcript onward, it becomes the current user message in §4.1 and may be processed by the Singapore LLM node.

Numbers are computed in the database; replies are template-generated.
Sends JSON summaries: income/expense/balance, comparisons, top categories, persona tags, budget signals, active savings goals, recent insight memory headlines, streaks — not full raw transaction lists.
Adds structured briefing JSON and period financial snapshots to the insight payload above.
Sends gift totals and up to 20 records including contact name, event type, amount, date, and note.
